Thank You!!!

Dear Mr. Freeman,

Since I was a junior in high school it has been my dream to study abroad in Korea, and it is so exciting to be just a few months away from finally experiencing it. I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for your generous travel scholarship. Your continued involvement in the Shidler community has positively affected so many students such as myself. Your magnanimity is very inspiring and I hope to be able to give back and help others like how you have helped me.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to the Freeman Foundation, my parents for their endless support, my Shidler academic advisor Clare Fujioka for her help throughout the application process and the countless others who made my study abroad possible.

Thank you again for choosing me as a Spring 2022 Freeman Scholar I am eternally grateful for such an amazing opportunity! I cannot wait to start this new journey!
